Platform Subscription Questions
What is Marketing Services?
Marketing Services includes our in-house fulfillment teams who work under a veil of secrecy, delivering private-label services for your clients. For further branding options, contact your sales representative!
How does your subscription pricing work?
Vendasta subscription pricing is like a Costco membership. Your company gains access to our platform, including email marketing automation, sales CRM, a marketplace of resellable products and services, an online store, and depending on your level of subscription, you get extra features – like access to our white-label Marketing Services team.
Additionally through Marketplace, there is a growing list of resellable products and services that have their own wholesale costs, but these are revenue generating opportunities that you can mark-up and are only billed for when you sell & activate. Once you’re a partner, you can go fishing for new business as a full service agency with little overhead.
What’s included with my onboarding?
Along with your domain customization & white label setup of the Platform, our Success On-Demand specialists will guide your team through an Onboarding Program tailored for your needs. Each program will include an initial platform Orientation session, and three customized sessions to achieve your goals! As well, we have private, tailored-to-agency training Bootcamps for our Partners. The amount of these varies depending on your subscription tier.
Why do you have onboarding fees?
Our local marketing platform is more than just software; it’s about transforming your business and the businesses of your clients. That’s much easier to do in the thriving ecosystem of Vendasta customer training programs and with the personal support of our famously passionate Success On-Demand team. The onboarding fees ensure we can give your company the time & personal attention you need to find success with Vendasta. You’ll receive dedicated one-on-one time with our Onboarding Specialists, who will provide assistance getting set up with our platform, and strategic guidance so you reach your goals as quickly as possible.
What are the costs for additional users or salespeople accounts?
Our subscriptions have no user limits! Unlike other CRMs, we do not charge for additional users or seats. Have a team of 5 salespeople? No problem! How about 500? It’s the same price!
Are there any additional email sending fees?
With Vendasta, you can send an unlimited* amount of emails on campaigns at no charge. You can supercharge your prospecting efforts with the Snapshot Report, our very own award winning lead generation tool, for only $2 per report.
*If you’re looking to run campaigns on large lists (10,000+ contacts), please contact us for more information.
What currency do you bill in?
Our listed prices reflect USD, CAD, & AUD. If you’re an agency outside of the U.S. and have questions about our pricing, please contact our team.
Resellable Products & Services Questions
What do products and services cost?
Each product and service has unique wholesale pricing (talk to our sales specialists for the details), but they don’t cost you anything to add to your offerings. As a paying subscription partner at any level, you can add our entire product and service lineup to your offerings at no cost, mark them up and package them together how you see fit. You are only billed once you activate a product or service for one of your clients, on a charge-per-activation basis.
What tier do I need to be subscribed to have access to Marketplace?
Every subscription tier includes Marketplace access, but you’ll have more services available to your agency on our Pro and Enterprise tiers as these include access to our white-label Marketing Services team.
Will charges for the products I activate for clients be prorated?
We do not currently prorate any products or services. You are instantly billed for each product and services activated, and the renewal of those products and services will be monthly respective of that original activation date. When canceling a product, you will still be given access to that product up until its next renewal date.
What type of support comes with my subscription?
You’ll receive on-demand access to our phenomenal Success team, available via phone, live chat or email from 8am to 7pm EST. Our team is here to support you with technical questions and how to best use our platform and products.
